Q magazine is directed at mostly males in their late twenties with their median reader age being 29. They also have a larger income than both NME and Kerrang readers which is probably linked to their age as they will have higher paid jobs, so more disposable income. The Q reader has a high disposable income which he spends on himself, which appeals to advertisers as they are more likely to buy their magazine.
